]]> Kapuso artists Kristoffer Martin, Derrick Monasterio and Top One Project proved once again the GMA Artists are achievers as they won each from the craft they are into.

Kristoffer Martin bagged the “Best Performance by an actor” award from PMPC Star Awards for his Magpakailanman performance.

Derrick Monasterio received the “Best New Male Recording Artist of the Year” title for his self-titled debut album from PMPC Star Awards.

Top One Project (T.O.P.) took home their first award as “Duo/Group of the Year.”

Kristoffer Martin, Derrick Monasterio and Top One Project dedicate these awards they received of course to their fans and supporters.

Top One Project (T.O.P.) still can’t believe that they finally received an award, for them this year was a blast for them as they are also celebrating their first anniversary as a group.

Derrick Monasterio on the other hand can’t hide his excitement for the award for music, since it’s his first root in the industry.

Kristoffer Martin was also surprised to have won on the category “best performance by an actor” as he competed with actors he is looking up to like Alden Richards, Jay Arcilla and more.

www.My-Juicy.net was able to visit the set of GMA Network’s primetime soap “Because Of You.” We were luck enough to have Kristoffer Martin, Joyce Ching, Bettina Carlos, Gabby Concepcion and Carla Abellana interviewed.
As always KrisJoys seems to always be sweet to each other and maintain a good relationship with each other even despite not ending in good term romantic relationship, its really good to see them workout good or better as friends.
Kristoffer Martin was really not part of the original cast but then Kristoffer Martin expresses much thanks that he was able to be joined on the show even on the later parts. Kristoffer Martin reveals he just loves his character (Jonathan “Onat” Larrazaba) here because he can be jolly as he is in real life and this role is one of his most anticipated one.
Meanwhile Joyce Ching was surprised and happy when she found out that Kristoffer was entering the show, not only her but also of course KrisJoy fans celebrated it, plus she said that by the entrance of Kirstoffer’s character gave a much more twist in the story.

Bettina Carlos describes her character “Patricia,” to be bitter, but she also sees her character light and funny on the other hand. But even though her character is that bitter, Bettina commends the show itself for keeping lightness that makes the viewers still enjoy and get hooked of the show. When asked if whom she is to dedicate the words “Because of you,” she said its only for her daughter.

A happy Gabby Concepcion was present at the set of “Because Of You,” he can be a radio announcer because he talks spontaneously. Gabby Concepcion is thankful for GMA Network for a project like Because of You and for trusting him in this project. His favorite scenes are when they went to Sagada, the scenes with the chicken that he told was lost, the lambanog, he said that there are many small scenes that are really remarkable for him and he is happy with the people on the set that usually makes comedy even off cam.

Because Of You is Carla’s first Rom-Com TV series, in which she seems to enjoy and also doing a great job for her character Andrea. It is also Carla’s first time to be working with Gabby Concepcion, she was impressed how Gabby is dedicated in working on the set like he seems to be energetic all the time and not feeling tired at all. Carla has many firsts here in Because Of You like its her first time to portray a character without family since her character Andrea is an orphan, and she cites some differences of her character in the soap and herself in real life like Andrea is forgiving for times while she in the real life is also forgiving but for only once.

The cast of Healing Hearts are cheerful, good vibes only type of persons. Joyce Ching, Kristoffer Martin, Krystal Reyes and Ken Chan share the good times and hard work they have been on doing the soap “Healing Hearts.”


Krystal Reyes share the story to the press people during Healing Hearts set visit, about how she finds difficult to slap Joyce Ching during their takes.

“Parang tumitigil yung kamay ko pag malapit na yung kamay ko sa mukha nya,” Krystal said.

Meanwhile, Kristoffer Martin and Joyce Ching are still best of friends and close to each other working for Healing Hearts. Unlike other celebrity couples, loveteam who broke up, KrisJoy manages to be professional and really be friends and maintain the closeness to each other. 

Since Healing Hearts is nearing to its finale but without the final date announced yet, Kristoffer and Joyce Ching were asked of what they’ll gonna be missing from each other?

“Yun kasi yung Reason namin eh, kung bakit kami nag tataping kasi may inpirasyon kami sa isa’t isa… Ang nagbabalanse for me dito sa set is si Joyce, kahit pagod na pagod na, sya pa rin yung nag bbuild up sa energy ng mga tao” Kristoffer answers.

kidding aside, Joyce answers

“ang mamimiss ko sa kanya is mahilig syang magpakain!”

“Hindi tsaka makulit sya, magulo, malambing, masaya syang katrabaho sa set, sobrang galing nya umarte.” 



On the other hand, Ken Chan tells how he is lucky to be part of Healing Hearts, mostly that his character was extended until now that the soap is nearing the finale, when originally his character is only for a minimal role, that’s why he is so thankful for that.

Aside from acting in Television, Ken Chan shares his theater experiences, what are the adjustments from theater acting to TV.

“Sa theather dapat malaki yung galaw mo… Sa TV dapat minimal lang,” he explains.



Another blessing for Ken Chan’s career has come, because he will be doing “Destiny Rose” soap on GMA, a story of a transgender that everyone must watch soon on GMA Network.

Kristoffer Martin, Joyce Ching, Krystal Reyes and Ken Chan invite everyone to continue supporting and watching “Healing Hearts” until the finale.
