These scene was likely the same when they confirm their engagement.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">The engagement issue became viral after Toni Gonzaga&#8217;s &#8216;Home Sweetie Home&#8217; co-star Sandy Andulong accidentally captioned an instagram post pertaining to Toni and Paul with the word &#8216;fiance.&#8217;&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">Toni Gonzaga was absent on the previous episode of &#8216;The Buzz&#8217; because of the issue but returned with a confession this Sunday (February 1, 2015).<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p>The proposal (from Rappler)<\/p>\n<div>Paul said that he proposed on January 21, the day after Toni&#8217;s birthday in front of her immediate family. &#8220;I was in tears, it was quite an emotional moment,&#8221; said Paul.<\/p>\n<div>He said that he asked permission from her parents, Pinty and Bonoy Gonzaga, first. Toni&#8217;s mom apparently said, &#8220;It&#8217;s about time,&#8221; while her dad said, &#8220;Why are you asking me? Ask her!&#8221;<\/div>\n<div>Paul said that he assured them that he wasn&#8217;t trying to take Toni away from her \u2013 only that he wanted to join her family, too.
