The first is expected to be released this summer.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe movie is about lost dreams and trying to redeem them,\u201d says Cahilig. \u201cSo having a song like \u2018Bilyon-Bilyong Panalangin\u2019 is\u2014pun intended\u2014a dream match.\u201d<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apart from his day job as a public school teacher, Dedal has been writing songs since college and is an active member of the Filipino Society of Composers, Artists, and Publishers (FILSCAP). However, the opportunity to be a solo artist seemed to elude Dedal until Insight Music recognized his potential.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indeed, Insight Music President and Chief Creative Director Chris Cahilig took notice of this fresh new talent early on. It was Dedal, after all, who wrote boy band 1:43\u2019s hit songs such as \u201cPasensya Na\u201d and \u201cIkaw Lang Talaga,\u201d as well as \u201cSa Iba Na Lang\u201d by BOU, which eventually became the official movie sound track of \u201cMia\u201d (2020).<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cI have always been incredibly drawn towards Jayson as an artist,\u201d says Cahilig. \u201cHis body of work speaks volumes of his gift. And when you listen to what he has to say in \u2018Bilyon-Bilyong Panalangin\u2019, you\u2019ll understand why we simply had to make sure that his talent is heard.\u201d<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Set against lush instrumentation and fueled by Dedal\u2019s buttery vocals, \u201cBilyon-Bilyong Panalangin\u201d conveys Dedal\u2019s deep anxieties about an ambiguous future.
