We had the pleasure of interviewing Kuya Aaron, one of the team members at KaPe\u00f1a Pastries and Brews, who shared some insightful details about the establishment&#8217;s origins. The brainchild behind KaPe\u00f1a Pastries and Brewsis Sir Robert, an avid biker who began the venture after friends jokingly asked him for Tapsilog, a popular Filipino breakfast dish. Sir Robert and his wife gradually expanded their menu, incorporating their favorite dishes and recipes. This personal touch is evident in the distinct flavors and quality of the meals they serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our dining experience at KaPe\u00f1a Pastries and Brews began with their delightful frappes. We opted for the Matcha and Strawberry Cream frappes (P220) and were not disappointed. These drinks were both refreshing and satisfying. I savored the Lechon Kawali (P300), a crispy pork belly dish served with eggs and fried rice. My partner opted for the Pork Barbecue with yellow rice (P300).
