Because she runs the famed Miss Universe contest, Thai billionaire Anne Jakrajutatip is the most powerful trans woman in the world of beauty pageants.
Through her subsequent social media tweets on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, Anne announced that she is the sole owner of Miss Universe:
“Bring yourself into the positive harmony of the cosmos and enable 100% positive energy to enter your life from now on.”
“Yes, I own it all…I am the single owner 100%…Yes, the cosmos is fully ours.”
“Are you ready to go with Anne? Thank you for loving me, and thank you to everyone who loves Anne and the family.”
“The UNIVERSE sometimes pulls things away to make room for new and lovely things to appear; change is always positive.”
“In truth, evolution is common, and humans are constantly vulnerable to the ‘Force for change.'”
Ari Emanuel, CEO of Endeavor, an American holding firm for talent and media agencies, sold it for $20 million.
Anne’s words today confirming that she is now the sole owner of Miss Universe confirmed the fact.
Instead of celebrating the fact that the new Miss Universe owner is Asian, some Filipino pageant fans are concerned that the Philippines’ prospects of winning may have diminished.
Because of their claim of “favoritism” against Nawat Itsaragrisil, Anne’s fellow Thai who is the founder and president of the Miss Grand International Organization, Pinoy beauty contest aficionados used the Miss Grand International as an example to steal the crown from Filipina contenders.
Some feel Anne will be the same because Filipinos have a warm spot in her heart because she became close friends with Clint Bondad, Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray’s ex-boyfriend.
Anne also knows Clint’s brother, Kirk Bondad, whom she gave a modeling job to in Thailand.
Clint is only one of the guys alleged to be Anne’s “love interest,” having previously visited the Philippines and shown passion for Kapuso actor Derrick Monasterio.
Because Anne owns Miss Universe, there is a chance that she and Catriona, a past Miss Universe winner, will cross paths.
