Situated strategically along the Boracay Dmall entrace, Boracay Beach Truck is nearly impossible to miss. The restaurant’s playful design features an actual truck serving as its kitchen, adding an element of whimsy to the dining experience. The vibrant colors and beach-inspired decor create an inviting and laid-back atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for both casual meals and special occasions.

Our dining experience at Boracay Beach Truck began with high expectations, and the restaurant certainly did not disappoint. We opted to sample a variety of their signature rice bowls and other offerings to get a comprehensive taste of what they had to offer.
Tuna Poke (P420)
The Tuna Poke rice bowl was a true delight for seafood lovers. The marinated tuna was incredibly fresh and paired perfectly with the sweet and tangy flavors of mango and pickled ginger. The addition of nori, wakame, sesame seeds, and bonito flakes provided a delightful mix of textures and umami flavors. This dish was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked.
Chicken Satay (P320)
Next up was the Chicken Satay rice bowl, a delightful fusion of Indonesian and Filipino flavors. The tender chicken skewers were smothered in a delectable peanut sauce and served atop a bed of Nasi Goreng fried rice. The generous portion of spring onions added a refreshing crunch to each bite, and the dish was an explosion of savory goodness.
Abura Ramen (P380)
The Abura Ramen at Boracay Beach Truck was nothing short of a revelation. Unlike traditional ramen, this dish did not feature a broth, but it was no less satisfying. The al dente noodles were coated in a rich, flavorful sauce that included a mix of toppings like tender pork, soft-boiled egg, and nori. It was a unique take on ramen that elevated it into an extraordinary pasta dish.

Brown Sugar Boba with Cream Cheese (P180)
The first sip of the Brown Sugar Boba Black Tea with Cream Cheese was pure bliss. The rich, aromatic black tea was perfectly balanced with the sweetness of brown sugar, while the chewy boba pearls added a delightful textural contrast. What set this drink apart was the decadent layer of cream cheese on top, which lent a creamy, slightly salty note that elevated the entire experience. It was a sweet and savory symphony in a cup.
Taro Milk Tea (P180)
The Taro Milk Tea was a vibrant purple-hued concoction that tasted as good as it looked.
