Ryan Bang won the Magpasikat segment on It’s Showtime for the first time in thirteen years.

Ryan is upset over the situation. He claimed that not winning for a long time had led him to believe that he was unlucky.

“Hindi pala ako Malas”

“Thank you, Lord! Sa wakas! Akala ko hindi ko mae-experience ito, Lord.”

“Labing tatlong taon [ako] sumali. I did my best, pero, syempre, hindi po ako nag-champion.

“Pero sa wakas, nag-champion, kaya, thank you so much.”

He also mentioned the Korean War, during which 7,000 Filipino soldiers helped defend South Korea against North Korea.

“Thank you very much for this chance, ABS-CBN, to which I am indebted… not just myself, but all Koreans, to whom I am indebted, we are the Filipino veterans,” Ryan added.

“There is no such thing as South Korea, only North Korea… BTS, the ones you see on K-drama, are here because of the Filipino veterans.”

He also expressed gratitude to his tandem partner Jhong.

The third-place finishers, Karylle and Ogie Alcasid, were announced first, followed by Vice Ganda and Amy Perez, who finished second.

Ryan Bang and Jhong Hilario were crowned this year’s “Magpasikat” champions, and they screamed and jumped for excitement.

Jhong is out of the show that time because of a sickness.
