When it comes to picturesque dining destinations, Boracay has always been a top contender. But there’s one place that stands out for both its breathtaking ambiance and delectable cuisine – Sugba de Boracay’s newcoast branch, a mesmerizing front beach dining experience that promises not only stunning views but also a feast for the senses.

My recent visit to Sugba de Boracay left me utterly enchanted, and I couldn’t wait to share my delightful experience. We opted for their famous “Boodle Fight” set up, and it was nothing short of spectacular. This communal style of dining is perfect for friends and family looking to bond over delicious food while enjoying the serene beauty of Boracay’s front beach.

Sugba De Boracay – Newcoast

The star of our meal was the Chili Crab, a masterpiece that perfectly balanced sweet and spicy flavors. The succulent crab meat paired with the rich, slightly tangy sauce was a taste sensation that had us craving for more. Each messy, finger-licking bite was worth it!

Next up, the Lumpiang Shanghai was crispy, golden perfection, filled with a savory mixture that was simply irresistible. It was the ideal appetizer to kickstart our flavor-packed journey.

Sugba de Boracay didn’t stop there, though. The Chicken Wings were perfectly seasoned, with a crispy skin and tender, juicy meat. The cheesy baked tahong (mussels) was a cheesy, garlicky delight, and the clams and oysters were as fresh as the sea breeze, showcasing the bounty of the ocean.

One of my personal favorites was the Grilled Eggplant, which was charred to perfection and served with a savory dipping sauce. It was a vegetarian delight that even meat lovers would savor.

The Pork Barbecue was tender and flavorful, with a smoky sweetness that made it a standout among the savory selections. The buttered Shrimp was succulent, and the flavors were balanced beautifully.

What sets Sugba de Boracay apart is not only the quality of its dishes but also the enchanting atmosphere. Dining with your feet in the sand, under the starry Boracay sky, and with the sound of the waves gently lapping the shore is an experience like no other. It’s a perfect blend of nature and gastronomy that captures the essence of island living.

The service at Sugba de Boracay was impeccable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.

In conclusion, Sugba de Boracay’s front beach dining at the newcoast branch is a culinary gem in Boracay. The “Boodle Fight” set up, featuring a sumptuous spread of mouthwatering dishes, is a must-try for anyone visiting this tropical paradise. Whether you’re a food enthusiast or simply seeking a memorable dining experience, Sugba de Boracay delivers on all fronts. It’s a place where the beauty of Boracay meets the excellence of Filipino cuisine, creating a dining experience that will linger in your heart long after the last bite. Don’t miss the chance to savor the flavors of Sugba de Boracay – it’s a front beach dining delight that’s truly unforgettable.
