Kapuso stars Thea Tolentino, Andre Paras, and Derrick Monasterio give description of their portraying characters in their newest afternoon soap “The Half Sisters.”
Andre Paras: I’m Bradley, star player in school, he’s a basketball player bestfriend nya si Diana (Barbie Forteza), love interest nya din si Diana. Si Ashley(Thea Tolentino) naman, she’s our muse in the game that’s why we know each other. And Baste (Derick Monasterio) he’s my boy, he works for me, because his father is a driver of my Mom.
Thea Tolentino: Si Ashley Alcantara, kapatid ni Diana (Barbie Forteza) kaya ako nagiging mataray kay Diana kasi yung attention ng mom ko nahahati kaya may jealousy, and sa school hindi ko rin hahayaan na agawin nya rin yung spotlight. Si Ashley love interest nya si Bradley, at gagawin ko ang lahat para mapasakin sya kahit ako pa yung mag make ng move, gagawin ko lahat kahit pisikal para mapunta sakin.
Derrick Monasterio: Ako dito sa Baste, working student ako, nag aaral din ako kung saan nag aaral sina Ashley, Bradley and Diana. Kasama ko sa work si Diana, eventually mag kakaroon ako ng feelings for her, nagttrabaho ako kay Bradley(Andre) kasi yung Dad ko nag ttrabaho sa mom nya kaya nagttrabaho na din ako sa kanya. Magkakaroon kami ng confilect ni Bradly kay Diana
The Kapuso teen stars said that there’s so much more to expect in their soap, many exciting episodes to find out, fighting scenes, kilig scenes etc.
Meanwhile Derrick Monasterio was asked if he and Barbie has something and if they have something also behind camera, because fans wants it. Derrick said that Barbie and him is close enough but nothing hiding even off cam.
On the other hand, Thea when asked whether will she choose from Andre and Derrick, she chose Andre for his characteristics. And speaking of Andre, he reveals his showbiz crush is Solenn Heussaff and describes her as a woman of perfection
