Fans eagerly anticipated watching Mikhail Red’s first collaboration with Nadine Lustre after learning of the fascinating ensemble of performers cast in his most recent movie, Deleter. Lustre was most recently seen earlier this year in the Vivamax thriller Greed alongside Diego Loyzaga. In a special interview with the American entertainment website Variety on September 26, Mikhail announced the publication of the first teaser trailer for the movie.
In the movie, Nadine portrays Lyra, a regular worker who works the graveyard shift in a workplace where employees are referred to as deleters because they must prevent explicit photographs from being posted to social media.Despite Lyra having a somewhat detached disposition that makes her seem unconcerned by the nature of her profession, her coworkers are unaware that Lyra is haunted by a dark experience that makes it difficult for her to simply forget her past by watching all the upsetting things she must see.
Other actors in the movie that appear with Nadine include Louise delos Reyes, McCoy De Leon, and Jeffrey Hidalgo. Deleter is a Viva Films production with a Mikhail and Nikolas Red screenplay as its foundation.
Production on the movie will complete this month, according to the Variety piece, and Deleter will be submitted to film festivals between the end of 2022 and the first quarter of 2023.
